There is a theory that some people have that the guy acting as “President Joe Biden” is actor James Woods. Others either disagree or are confused, as James Woods is supposed to be an American conservative – who recently ‘retired’ from acting due to him being blacklisted in Hollywood.
The following video with Charlie Ward, Brice Watson and Tom “NUMBERS” Bushnell discusses the theory that both James Woods and Jim Carey are playing “US President Joe Biden” – one at Tyler Perry Studios outside of Atlanta and one at Castle Rock Studio in Hollywood. Both Tyler Perry Studios and Castle Rock are known to have replicas of the US White House and Oval Office – and Castle Rock has been mentioned several times by our old buddy Q.
According to the people in this video, Tyler Perry Studios is located on the site of an old military bases and there are known tunnels that attach to every state in the union. Could these be some of the DUMBS (Deep Underground Military Bases) that we frequently hear about?
Brice also says in the video that they have a Tyler Perry insider, who continues to see the “government” actors brought in to the Georgia studios each morning between 4 and 5 am. You will also be happy to know that despite what he says publicly, Tyler Perry is a “white hat” and American Patriot. Jim Carey – not so much. Shit keeps getting weirder.

I got a problem with the first part of this video… Well couple! First problem I have the young lady stated that Tyler perry is the good guy which is good. But he’s also friends with Oprah Winfrey very close friends which I was told or heard she’s not such a good guy… Second problem I have the young lady states there’s tunnels going through all 50 states from his studio… Hawaii is in the ocean how the hell did you get a tunnel from his studio to Hawaii and also how do you get a tunnel all the way up to Alaska?
I agree Linda – seems unlikely that there are or were DUMBS tunnels to Alaska or Hawaii, but what the heck do I know?
The jury is still out on Tyler Perry, but we know that Oprah is EVIL!
