If you Are a registered voter in Maricopa County and received a ballot by mail for the November 2020 election, please take a few minutes and read these questions:

1) Did you receive an early voting ballot in the mail for the 2020 general election?

2) If so, did you ever request in writing to be placed on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL)?

3) If you received a ballot by mail but did not request to be placed on the PEVL, did you request in writing to receive a ballot by mail for the November 2020 election?

If you received a ballot by mail and did not request to be placed on the Permanent Early Voting List and did not ask to receive a ballot by mail for the 2020 general election, please call 1-833-742-4062. An audit representative would like to speak with you.
